I have a growing small business in Santa Clarita and have used Jason consistently over the last 3 years. He has done everything for me including setting up servers, networking our offices and computers, setting up copiers, fixing things we break, replacing computers, setting up email systems, etc. He even advises on software and hardware to purchase. When we call Jason, it is usually with an emergency and he is there within hours. As we have grown and our needs changed, Jason has been there to help us.

It’s been 4 years since my first review. I initially contacted Jason to remove a virus from my laptop. Priority Tech has been my IT company ever since. Our company has grown and moved locations. They have set up new work stations, servers, helped us move, picked out backup systems and software, everything you could need or want. There has never been an issue they could not resolve. They have helped us grow, kept our data secure and so much more. HIGHLY recommend.

Jason is without any doubt THE #1 solutions person for all things computer related. I’ve been a loyal client for roughly five years. Jason is super competent, responsive, easy to deal with, always available and very fair on his billing. He’s fixed software and operating system problems, serviced my desktop and several laptops, and upgraded hard drives. Jason is quite simply FANTASTIC!

Jason just finished setting up my business Exchange email, did a complete system backup, and fixed a problem with wireless access on another machine. He had to work with a third party as part of the Exchange setup and handled it professionally and competently. This is why I hire Jason at PTS whenever I need professional and knowledgeable work done for my small business. Highly recommended.

Computers are great when they work but are the bane of my existence when they don’t. Finding a fixer who is honest and won’t price gouge is sometimes difficult. My husband took the laptop to Jason and he was above and beyond what we could hope for. He was honest, fast, reasonable, down to earth, and the laptop is faster and smoother than it has ever been. Highly recommend!

Jason is extremely knowledgeable. He came to the office, I explained a list of issues on different equipment, and a bit later everything was fixed and working great. I am sure glad we have a guy like Jason that we can call and know things will all be taken care of for a fair price.

Without my laptop I cannot get my clients their estimates, information, and contracts. Great service and fair pricing.

Very professional staff, from the receptionist to the technician. Had a new battery for my Mac installed and some clean up. When I picked up my computer the next day, they advised me on what I could do to make my computer more efficient. They are my go-to computer wizards! Oh, and their pricing is more than fair.

PTS did a great job creating our network and providing support. Jason is very knowledgeable and organized, particularly with Apple-based networks!
