Jason is without any THE #1 solutions person for all things computer related. I’ve been a loyal client for roughly five years. Jason is super competent, responsive, easy to deal with, always available and very fair on his billing. He’s fixed software/operating system problems, serviced my desktop and several laptops and upgraded hard drives. Jason can fix what Microsoft screws up which is frequent with their regular updates. Jason is quite simply FANTASTIC!

Computers are great when they work but are the bane of my existence when they don’t. I’m electronically challenged so finding a fixer who is honest and won’t price gouge is sometimes difficult. My husband took the laptop to Jason and he was above and beyond what we could hope for. He was honest, fast, reasonable, down to earth, and the laptop is faster and smoother than it has ever been. Very professional staff starting from the receptionist to the technician. Had a new battery for my mac installed and some clean up. When I picked up my computer the next day, they advised me on what I could do to make my computer more efficient. They are my go-to computer wizards!!! Oh, and their pricing is more than fair.

It’s been 4 years since my first review – I initially contacted Jason to remove a virus from my laptop. Priority Tech has been my IT company ever since. Our company has grown / moved locations and some of our new products are IT products. They have set up new work stations / servers / helped us move / picked out back up systems / software – everything you could need or want. There has never been an issue they could not resolve. They have helped us grow, kept our data secure and so much more. I call them sometimes weekly for help with this or that – HIGHLY recommend.

Jason is extremely knowledgeable. he came to the office and I explained to him a list of issues on different equipment and a bit later everything was fixed and working great. I am sure glad we have a guy like Jason that we can call and know things will all be taken care of for a fair price.

PTS did a great job creating our network and providing support. Jason is very knowledgeable and organized particularly with Apple based networks!

Jason just finished setting up my business exchange email, did a complete system backup, and fixed a problem with wireless access on another machine. He had to work with an unlearned third party as part of the Exchange server setup and I know that wasn’t easy to do but he handled it professionally and competently. This is why I hire Jason at PTS whenever I need professional and knowledgeable work done for my small business. Highly Recommended.
