Effective date: October 29, 2026
This page contains two parts: our Privacy Policy, which explains how Priority Technology Solutions (“PTS,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) collects and uses your information, and our Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, which apply if you receive text messages from Us.
Part 1: Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
Information you give Us. When you contact Us, request service, or become a customer, we may collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, mailing or service address, and details about the equipment or problem you need help with.
Information from service work. When we repair a device or provide remote or on-site support, we may need access to your computer, network, or accounts. We access only what is needed to perform the work you requested, and we do not copy, keep, or review your personal files beyond what that work requires.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and support the services you request, schedule appointments, send service-related messages (including appointment reminders and pickup notices), respond to your questions, send invoices and process payments, maintain records required by law, and improve our website and services.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help Us run our business (for example, phone and messaging, email, billing, payment processing, and website hosting), only as needed to perform those services for Us;
- with vendors or manufacturers when needed to fulfill your request, such as a warranty repair or software license; and
- when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PTS, our customers, or others.
Mobile information is not shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.
Your Choices and California Privacy Rights
You may ask to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@prioritytechsolutions.com or calling (661) 268-4110. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to keep certain records for legal or business purposes. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. California residents may also request information about any disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; we do not make such disclosures.
Do Not Track. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this page from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be updated.
Part 2: Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
By opting in to receive text messages from PTS (the “Service”), you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). This Agreement is not intended to modify any other terms and conditions that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.
1. Program Description
PTS sends text messages to customers about their service appointments and repairs, including appointment reminders and confirmations, repair status updates, and notices that a computer or device is ready for pickup. We also reply to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this Service.
Example message: “Priority Technology Solutions: Your computer is ready for pickup. We’re open Mon–Fri. Questions? Call (661) 268-4110. Reply STOP to opt out.”
2. How You Opt In and Your Consent
You opt in by sending a text message to the PTS business phone number, (661) 268-4110. By texting Us, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS, MMS, or successor technologies) from Us about your appointments, repairs, and service with Us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and repairs. Message and data rates may apply.
3. How to Opt Out
Your consent is voluntary and you may opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message from Us to stop receiving texts. You may also call Us at (661) 268-4110 or email info@prioritytechsolutions.com and tell us you want to opt out of text messages. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
4. Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, call Us at (661) 268-4110, or email info@prioritytechsolutions.com.
5. Providing Telephone Numbers and Duty to Notify
You confirm that the mobile number you use to text Us is yours and that you are the current subscriber or owner of that number. If your number changes or you no longer own it, you agree to notify Us before the change takes effect by calling (661) 268-4110 or emailing info@prioritytechsolutions.com.
6. Privacy
We use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your service with PTS. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See Part 1: Privacy Policy above for more information.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Us for any privacy, tort, or other claims, including claims under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act or any state law equivalents, relating to your voluntary provision of a telephone number that is not owned by you and/or your failure to notify Us of any change in your mobile telephone number, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
8. Limitation of Liability for Disputes and Breaches
Broadvoice shall not be held liable under any circumstances in the event of a breach, disagreement, or any other dispute between Priority Technology Solutions and any of its customers, third parties, or individuals arising from such breach or dispute. All parties acknowledge and agree that Broadvoice will not be liable for resolving, indemnifying, or assuming any liability related to disputes or issues that may arise between Priority Technology Solutions and any other parties, including, but not limited to, claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from such breaches, disagreements, or disputes.
9. Participation Requirements
By participating in the Service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You must have a wireless device capable of two-way text messaging, use a participating wireless carrier, and have text messaging service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Miscellaneous
You represent that you have the authority to agree to these terms. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the rest of this Agreement remains in full force and effect. We may change this Agreement from time to time and will post updates on this page. By continuing to participate in the Service after changes are posted, you accept the Agreement as modified.
